Yes, if you are registered you will learn about monthly deals and Holiday discounts via email.
2. What is the difference between a canvas print and an Oil painting reproduction?
A canvas print is an image printed directly onto canvas with a big printer on high resolution. It looks like a painting from a distance. It can be framed and hung like a real painting, without glass.
An Oil painting reproduction is a museum quality oil painting, painted by hand by a real artist with real paint. No printing or digital imaging used.

4. How good are your artists?
All our reproductions are produced by highly experienced painters. All will have at least ten years' experience in oil reproductions and restorations of original works. Apart from them being highly trained, with years of academic training in styles, movements and art history, each of our artists specializes. For instance, painting a work in an impressionist style calls for a technique and experience that are very different from making a portrait based on a photograph. This way we can ensure that your project is reproduced by the best and most talented painter. Our experts combine modern and traditional techniques with the best materials available with the goal to achieve the highest quality results.
5. Do your artists sign the painting with the original artist's signature?
No. That is illegal. The artist can sign it with their own name or not sign it at all.
6. Does a reproduction look 100% like the original?
No reproduction can achieve 100% exactly like the original. However the paintings are very close about 90-95% of the original and may slightly vary in color. Furthermore, paintings that are still in copyright are altered in the original image in a few different places, that are not necessarily easily noticed. 7. How much time does it take to make a reproduction?
Approximately 3 weeks. It depends on the size, style and complexity (i.e., it has many people depicted or very detailed) of the painting.
8. What kind of materials do you use?
We use only the best oil and canvas for our Museum grade quality paintings.
9. What is your Guarantee on hand painted reproductions?
Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed by our refund policy. When the paintings are finished, we will take photos by digital camera and email it to you for approval. If you are not satisfied, we will improve the paintings to achieve your goal. If you are not happy with a painting upon receipt, please contact us. You may return it to us within 30 days for replacement or a refund minus the Shipping fee or an exchange for your next order. Please contact us via e-mail for authorization # and shipping details before returning a painting.

10. What is your Guarantee on canvas prints?
If you are unhappy with any product you purchase from us. Please call or write us immediately so that we may assist you. Judaica-Art must be notified of all returns within 3 days of delivery. All returns will be refunded or exchanged minus the shipping fee.There are no returns on Private Original paintings i.e. family portraits, framed pictures, or limited edition giclee's. No returns will be accepted without the authorization from Judaica Art. We cannot accept returns on special sale or closeout items. 12. What if I cannot find a particular painting I am looking for on your site?
We can paint from a copy of any picture that you send to us. You can also request by an artist name and / or title. If you do have a picture of what you are searching for, please email it to us at customerservice@judaica-art.com with the size you are looking for.
13. How long does it take to process orders?
For small orders of Reproduction oil paintings, it will usually ship within 3-4 weeks after receiving your payment. Larger size paintings require 5-6 weeks.
14. Do you carry other sizes?
Yes..We can make any size. Please email us the size you want and we will quote you a price.
15. How do you ship the paintings?
All small orders are shipped via EMS Express, UPS or FEDEX with tracking and insurance. Scrolled canvases are shipped in a secure tube. Framed pictures are wrapped and packed accordingly & securely for safe delivery.
16. Is it safe to order from your site?
Judaica Art provides a safe and secure shopping experience through PayPal that protects your credit card number and identity on the Internet. We currently offer several very safe methods of payment, Master Card, Visa and American Express or direct wire transfer from you account via PayPal. To pay with your credit card you do not have to have a PayPal account. You can also pay with Personal Checks via PayPal (if you have a PayPal account). Please do not send us your company or personal checks directly.
17. How can I pay my order?
We accept payment by PayPal and Credit card. For larger orders we can accept bank Wire Transfers.
18. Do I need a Paypal account to pay with my credit card?
No, When you get to the payment page you will have an option to pay by credit card or via Paypal.
19. What if my painting arrives damaged?
In this event, we will redo the paintings immediately for you. Please note that it of utmost importance to document a report with your local carrier detailing the damage and including a photo of the damage. Please also email the report to customerservice@judaica-art.com immediately.

20. What is your return policy?
For Oil Painting Reproductions without frame: Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed by our refund policy. When the paintings are finished, we will take photos by digital camera and email it to you for approval. If you are not satisfied, we will improve the paintings until you are satisfied. Furthermore, If for any reason you are not happy when you receive the paintings, please return it to us within 7 days for replacement or a refund minus the Shipping fee and the PayPal fee (2.9%) or an exchange for your next order. For Framed art, Canvas Prints: If you are unhappy with any product you purchased from us. Please call us immediately so that we may assist you. Judaica Art must be notified of all canvas print returns within 3 days of delivery. All returns will be refunded minus the shipping fee and the PayPal fee (2.9%).There are no returns on Original paintings, frames and Limited edition canvas prints. No returns will be accepted without the authorization from Judaica Art. We cannot accept returns on special sale or closeout items. 21. Does your price include taxes and duties?
All of our prices are excluding shipping and any customs or import duties that may be applied. As every country has their individual demands, most countries don't charge taxes and duties for paintings. In the U.S. there are no taxes or duties.
22. Do you charge sales tax?
Florida residents are required to pay applicable sales tax, approx 6.25% sales tax will be charged. This will be automatically added to all Florida shipped orders. Shipping addresses outside of
